breathing exercises

Lying on your back with your eyes closed, and breathing deeply and calmly, can help you to relax. Try taking a deep breath in, and slowly breathing out, and repeating a few times. You can start at you feet and gently become aware of each of the parts of your body slowly relaxing each part as you move up your legs, over your tummy, down your arms, your neck face and head. Breathe in relaxation to each part in turn and breathe out any stress or tension that you are storing there.
