story 425: Jake, aged 12

On November 5th 2007 my 17 year old sister Hazel died in her sleep from S.U.D.E.P. (Sudden Unexpected Death In Epilepsy). It was a big shock to everyone that knew her. I had support from my school & fellow pupils, family & friends. I wrote a poem for Hazel that was published in a book. As a family we all designed her headstone, my Mum, Dad, brother Zack & sister Kim all love it. Thinking of all those who have lost loved ones & their families & friends.
