My sister died on the 26th December 2003.Hannah was 18 years of age.
Hannah was a very special sister and a wonderfull person! She made me smile, laph, giggle and the funny thing was when i told her a secret she would go and tell my mum(bless her) I raelly miss her and i think every body else does aswell! R.I.P Hannah!!!!
