Why aren't you here?

Sitting here alone and scared,
Can't seem to understand why you are not here.
All my life i only had to say your name,
and to my side you'd rush again and again

Now i sit, i need you mum,
I'm calling to you as loud as i can.
They say you are still around,
up in heaven smiling down

It just isn't good enough i have to say,
I want you here with me now, today.
My heart is aching, daily breaking,
I just can't take the pain

A year gone by since you last breathed
to see you i would be relieved
To hold your hand would ease my fears,
To hear you laugh would dry my tears.

I miss you mum, more than words can ever express. You were the only person i had. Don't really understand what has been happening over the past 2 years, life has changed so much. I love you and will never ever forget you. you're heart broken daughter xxx
