Dad, i miss you.
i don't know what to do.
This doesn't feel real,
maybe time will heal.
I have lost an amazing dad,
and for this i'll be forever sad.

Dad, i really want you back.
Don't worry though i won't go off track.
i'll do everything you wanted me to,
i'll do it all while thinking of you.
i want you to stay with me each step of the way,
without thought of you i wouldnt last a day.

I think you can see by the tears i've shed,
im sorry for anything bad that i've said.
words can't express what you mean to me,
my love is something you could see.
i'll never understand why you had to die,
all i want is one last goodbye.

i dont think my heart will ever mend,
because you were my dad AND my best friend.
