You knew where to find strawberries
You knew where to find peas
You knew wher to find all fruit and veg n even climb trees
You knew all the farmyards and places to go
Spotting birds, picking bluebells
I never wanted to go
We had lunches in pubs, i didnt know were there
You showed me rabbits, pheasants and hare
You climbed over fences for just a look to see
You made me laugh babe "LUCKY ME"
I loved you Garry with all my heart
You changed my life, how could we part
You were my lover, my soul-mate too
I WANT YOU, I NEED YOU, I MISS YOU TOO.
I wrote this poem a year and a day after you died gaz 29/12/06 9.28pm, sitting alone..."LOVE YOU" and "SEE YOU AGAIN".
WHEN I LOOK UP IN THE SKY
I SEE A RAINBOW WAY UP HIGH
ILE THINK OF YOU LOOKING DOWN ON ME
BEAUTIFUL COLOURS I WILL SEE
FOR PEEPING OVER THE COLOURS SO HIGH
IS YOU MY MAN, YOU DID NOT DIE
