I told you that I love you, Nan
I hope that you could hear me,
I know that you love me too Nan,
And our love forever will be.

You were in so much pain before Nan,
And I know that this was for the best,
Because nothing can hurt you anymore Nan
Now you can finally rest.

I think about you every day Nan
And every day I shed a tear,
But I know that you’re still here Nan,
In the hearts of us who hold you dear.
