My Uncle - Over a year ago

It happened just over a year ago
it's something i'll never forget
it's something i can't let go of
and don't want to just yet.
I think that when i'm missing you,
as i do every day,
i'll put my feelings in a balloon and watch it float away.
I will fly over the mountain,
and fly over the rainbows too.
When the day comes i get peace of mind, i will know it flew to you.
