Ellie

How could you leave me here on my own
surrounded by people i feel all alone,
what hurts most is the thought that i think
about how YOU must have felt to do such a thing.
You may be happier now that you were before
but did you ever think of us and how we'd miss you more,
more than our own breath, and more than the air,
and how we'll wake up every day, knowing you're not there.
We all carry on and live our lives but i still find time to cry,
this time in my life is a pretty big one, but you'll never know the things that i've done.
I just want to know that wherever you are and where ever you want to be,
that you are always looking down and you are proud of me.
