My dad died nearly a year ago.I still can't believe it. It feels like it is a nightmare and my dad wasn't even ill. I thinkk it is so unfair

Hi Adam, my dad died nearly a year ago too. He wasn't ill either. It doesn't feel real. It didn't hit me until now, and now im really in a lot of pain! How have u coped this year?

Hey, i lost my Dad last year too, and still feel i cant talk to anyone about it. I told my tutor at school cos we get on really well. she didnt suggest i saw a counciller or anything like other ppl ive mentioned it too, she just told me she was there if i ever wanted to talk. Well, ive spoken to her a lot lately, and although its only helped a little bit its just nice to know theres somebody that still cares about whether im okay or not. How're you doing now? my dad died 8 month ago, just collapsed in the garden! he hadnt been ill either. this world is not fair at all and sometimes i hate it. but i like to believe that my dad is still watching over me and as long as we got people to talk to who know what we going through then maybe we can get through it 2gether??

Hi, i am sorry about your dad, and it will get easier. i lost my brother 5 months ago and i am hurting all over and i all i want 2 do is see him and ask him y he killed himself, my granda died of cancer nearly a year ago and i still havent got over that so i understand how it is for sum one close to u to die of cancer and the night my grandad i was about to leave the house when the phone rang. after my grandads death i got ill. but plz reply if u want to talkxx and i am here if u want to talk xx
