Dear Carly
I am so sorry for you. You have had truly terrible sadness and at such a young age. I lost my Mum last year, she was the world to me, we were very close and I loved her more than anyone (I still do). I've found it so hard finding reasons to carry on too. But I do because I know there will be happy times to come, and she would want me to enjoy my life as much as I could. I think your Mam and Nana and Aunty would all want you to do this too. And to do all the things they wanted to but weren't given time to do. But of course they would know you had to grieve too, and would want you to lean on the people left closest to you for support. I really hope things improve for you soon, look after yourself
with much love, Helen xxx
