dad
i lost my dad in may and its really knocked me back, constantly breaking down
and just not copying with day to day life - my mum is in care
she has alzheimers so thats not helping me either - feel really
depressed.

hi sorry for your loss and also your mum not being well which must be so hard,my dad passed away 8 months and to be honest with you i hate it,i also crack up,im on antidepressants and waiting to see a councillor,why dont you go and see your doctor it may help to talk to someone,i also have a 4 year old who also saw my dead dad,the one thing i will say is that dont bottle you feelings up,you must talk to people about it,this website is very good,

i also lost my dad not that long ago am on anti depressants i can't get myself together life without my dad is like nothing matters any more it's like summer without the sun and i'm dreading how i will react this christmas i don't feel in a festive mood at all my heart goes out to everyone that has lost someone dear to them xx

i'm sorry to here about your loss! i know how you are feeling with your mum. - my mum has dementia as well. it's really hard to explain to people isn't it. my mum is attacking me at the moment, but thats another story entirly. hard to watch mum go down so quick. she is a totally different person now to wot she was years ago. same shell but a different person inside! its horrible to watch!!! so i know how u r feeling. but learn to love the mum you have now. don't keep thinking how she was. head up. be strong. just be there for her. you have just got to remember know matter what your mum does love you!
