Ive read all your coments back and sometimes sorry isnt enough, my father died when i was 10, 4 years on i dont think about him every day but i still do, i have been through hell and back but when im feeling down find some things to fill out your nice such as maybe taking up a hobbie, at the mo im doing kickboxing to take out my anger. it works and does help. talk to people too if you ave the confidence. al my love Summer
