Hey my best mate who i've known nearly all my life died on easter 20o5 because of liver failure since then ive been having suicidle dreams and self harming no one knows about the dreams and the self harming and i cant really feel like i can tell anyone is this normal?

Hey, im so so sorry to hear about ur best friend. I can't imagine how u feel. I lost my mam 3yrs ago(in september) and im still havin suicidle thoughts and dreams. I think its the whole part of grieving. You've just got to be strong just like Devon would want u to be. i emailed the rd4u in the private msg part,they sent me really helpfull advice.U could try councelling or talking to ur family n friends.I never did n im still Suffering in silence. Hope u feel better. chloe xx
