Subject: Family

I haven't spoken about this to anyone. My mum, dad and brother died 5 months ago in a car accident. Of course people know but they don't mention it. It's as though they never existed. I miss them and am fightened I will forget them. Sometimes I wish I had been with them because now I wouldn't be on my own like I am.

Subject: don't be scared

dear jo, i cant imagine losing so many loved ones so suddenly. it must be awful. i can understand you wishing you were there too but i'm sure they would be glad you weren't. they would want you to live cos they loved you. you will never forget them- you might forget little unimportant bits but never the people.people maybe arent talking about it cos they dont know what to say or they're scraed of upsetting you - but you can bring it up to them - dont be afraid of upsetting them-if they knew your fmaily they're already upset..or mabe u could see a counsellor.
