my mum died 3 months ago, dont think i can cope anymore, i dream about her most nights, some of the dreams are so scary. she picked me up from college on 8th feb,1 hour later she took a stroke, then another 2 over days, she went uncoinsus,and died on the 13 of feb. i love you mumxx

Hi ELlie, i lost my mum 4 years ago and i felt the same as you, that i couldn't cope that it will never be better. Half of that was right as mums are such an important part of life it will never be better but you can cope. Your mum will have loved you so so much and she would want you to be strong not just for yourself but for everyone around you. You can do anything huni, with the faith of a mustard seed you can move mountains. Also i kno your mum isn't there in person but she will always be with u, in ur memories, in the people around you and most of all in your heart. You are so brave, stay strong! Love Lizzie x x x x
