committed suicide
i lost my dad on the 3rd of april 2005 as he killed his self n
its only just sinking in it bis really hurtin but i feel as though
i havent got anyone 2 talk 2 as my mam and dad had split up so
she doesent no wot im goin through n my brother who was the closest
person 2 my dad is in london at uni n my sis lives in spain wit
her mam wot can i do

i feel soooooo bad 4 u but he is in a better place now and he isn't in pain any more my nan died 2 years ago and she was like a 2nd mum to me she died of cancer alsoand i felt extremely upset about it but she would hate to see me unhappy so i look on the bright side off things and he would hate to see you upset

my uncle commited suicide and I know how hard it is and how you blame yourself and how you think that you could have stopped it. but you couldn't have done anything. Maybe you could phone up your brother or sister and talk to them about it because they are probably feeling the same way as you are and having a good talk with someone about it really really really helped me overcome my grief.
