Subject: Hi Laura

Hiya laura
first i want to say i was sorry to read about your loss.
Next i want to say, everone deals with the death of someone close in different ways. I'm sure that your not the only one that misses her, but some people may find it hard to talk about her but youve got to remember that its not because they dont miss her. It is not bad to want to talk about your nan, in fact it is the normal thing to do.

You could try and talk to someone close in your family, or if you find it difficult i'm here to listen. i hope i have been some help

Luv nicky xx
