Subject: my dad

hello everybody!
i discovered this site tonight cos i was feeling a bit down!
my dad died four years ago and it has so helped reading all your messages and knowing that im not alone in my pain! sometimes it is hard to talk to people who have never had such a big loss and i find it hard talking to my family because it brings back the pain for them!
when my dad died it was hard because he lived in south africa on buisness so i hadnt seen him for 5 months, he was due to come back the week after he died, so i was really looking forward to seeing him, then i get a phonecall to say he had gone!
i think you are all really brave! keep strong
