my mam died nearly 3yrs ago. my dad tries to tlk to me all the time about her and tries to get me to go to counselling. I can't do either. i have bottled everything up for so long now. I think im going to wxplode. I can't live without my mam. miss you xxxxx

i couldnt go 2 counciling until my friend ofered to come with me. so i went. she has stuck by me thru all of wats happened wid my neice. maybe u could ask a close friend or a frend of da family to come with u. u need dat support honestly it helps. i go cos i need 2 control my anger. since my neice died ive been in loads of fights, been lashing out @ my family and even my best frend. i didnt mean 2 do it or even kno y but since ive been goin 2 counciling and anger management clases its helped. i hope this has helped u. ifve got a messege on here but not sure wat number. its quite a recent 1 so if u wanna reply den plz do. i hope this has helped u . take care babes.x kaylea x
