Subject: Life sucks without them there

hi i'm rachael, and i lost my grandpa last summer, right before the summer holiddays, i felt that i was the only person feeling this way but im not. I feel sad,angry, and upset. I've spoke to my heaadteacher about this but i haven't told my mum, what should i do.

im really sorry to hear about ure grandad a lot of people in my famil hav died so i know how u r feeling. my uncle died in 2003 and i still cry now . like u i hav spoken to a teacher at scool about how i feel (i havent told my mum how i feel either).ive also spoken to my male best friend aswell because his brother died about just over a month. im npot going to lie because i no that it is very hard to cope with but things will get better i promise you . u just hav to think of all the good times u spent together thats what i did and it really did help. take care all the best plz reply xxxxxalicexxxxx
