Subject: Feeling fed up

Hello Ceredigion,
Thank you for posting your message. Its really good that you felt able to say that you feel frustrated with everyone. Its okay to be Fed Up, in fact I think it is healthy and natural that you should feel this way right now.

You obviously had a very loving relationship with your Auntie and now that she has gone you have to face life without her. It is natural to feel frustrated when people don't understand you, people find it extremely difficult to know what to say when people are sad, thats not there fault, but it is making you feel even more alone right now.

Have you tried writing down your thoughts? Sometimes if we keep a record, like a daily diary of how we are feeling we can watch as our feelings and moods change. Then we can note what things we do that might improve our feelings and do more of them. You could even write your thoughts down like a letter to your Aunty telling her how you feel or write a letter to another family member to let them know really how you feel. Sometimes we can write things down that we can't or don't want to say.

Don't forget that you can always call our telephone helpine if you would like to speak to other young people about how you feel, the line is open on Mondays and Wednesdays 4-7pm call on: 0808 808 1677.

Thanks for sharing your feelings with us, I hope this has helped.

Right I know ppl can find it hard to understand, I have been there. Remember your feelings are normal and you need to deal with this in your own time. Things will get better
