Subject: My cousin
My cousin was murdered in 2003. It didn't sink in at frist but
now i cry everyday. I also self harm sometimes. I need help but
i dont no where to find it. I cannot talk to my family as they
have enough problems them-selves.

loosing your cousin must have been really hard because it was so sudden.. etc. you could try talking to a close friend about it, or even a teacher (groan.!). my cousin got killed in 2002, i stopped eating and it took me a month to pluck up the courage to tell 1 of my friends.. he really helped me an one of my main regrets is that i didnt talk to him about it earlier. try & talk 2 a friend about you self harming because it will really help u.
