my uncle killed himself he gassed himself in car one month before

Same thing happened to me about a year ago. Except my sister killed herself,
by taking an overdose and laying locked up in the bathroom. She new that day that
we would all be gone for several hours and she did it. i was the first one to find her.
God that was a shock. All i can tell you is you have to talk to someone that you can trust
in and get the thing out of the system, not that you will forget what had happened, but you
have to talk to someone, so that you can lead a happy life again. I wish you all the best and good luck.

My twin sister comitted sucide. Oh that was grief to me and sometimes i feel sucidal.
That's is so sad that your unkle killed himself a month before. Look if you need advice,
all i can think of is talk to the people that you trust, and let them know about your feelings.
If hou do that, you might feel better. Well all the best with your future.
