I lost a close cousin start of this yr...and im still not over him...any help to ease my pain?

I totally understand... I lost my dad over five years ago... and I feel really sad now... But just think, you're cousin would want you to be out there having fun... So why not make him happy???

My aunty woz stabbd 2 death by my uncle last yr n i found it sooo hard 2 cum 2 terms wit!
Here r sum tings dat helped me move on and b happy:
1.Talk 2 sum1... i didnt tlk 2 any1 about how i woz feelin so i took it out on all my friends so i ended up loosin my m8z as wel as my aunt. I have just strtd tlkn 2 sum1 and i am feeling a lot beta.
2. Make a box of memories about ur cuzin-Last nyt i found a special box and put in all the stuff my aunty had brought me and all the things dat reminded me of her! I cried bt soon i found myslf larfin at all d memories we had!
3. Keep your hed up and smile!
If i can think of anything else i wil get bk 2 u!

Subject:Lossing him is hard

Hi
I am 14 years old and my boyfriend was 17 years old we been together 3 years he loved his mates and his car.

One day he was having a car race with his mates up and down my street he was not speeding or anything and my street is a one way street. This old man was coming up the road but the wrong way he was drunk and must off been about 50 years old and he smashed stright in to my boyfriend car.

It is hard to get over it but you find ways like:-
1) I got a job that takes your mind off it.
2) I talked about it and sometimes that can help.
3) Listen to music it takes your mind off it sometimes.
4) Look at pictures people think that makes thing worse but looking at them and thinking off all the good times help alot.

When people offer you sopport it is hard to take it but it helps i had alot of it off of my family his family my mates of his mates and people i don't even know helped me.

But live moves on at the moment it seems it does not but it does i lost him 1 year ago and know am with someone knew it still really hurts and my boyfriend now John really is good and helpful and sopprttful.

So to every1 who lost someone remeber life will move on very soon it tales a few months years but it does.
