t.v
I'm so upset and angry, i was watching the t.v show "dead
ringers" on bbc2 when they started playing sketches about
dido the singer and how she aways sings sad and unhappy songs,
the first sketch i saw had her in a bath then putting a toaster
in, the second with her hanging from the ceiling. With a suicide
every 40 seconds in the uk how could the bbc show something so
upsetting and insensitive, how many grieving families would that
upset. I found my mum and i see wht i found all the time, the
last thing i need is to have it visualised again on the telly.
What king of message does that show to people, that suicide is
funny?!?! trivial?!!? i've just cried and cried and i feel sick,I'm
so angry.

I understand you, about how people on tv can behaeve sometimes. Same in my school, we talk about sucide, and i feel really uncomfortable because my sister committed sucide a few ago. the best thing to do is to contact the person that was putting all the nasty things on the tv and say to them that there are people in the world who do not like to see what they see on tv like you said the person hanging themselves. Well i only hope it gets better for you.

I just wanted to send some love and hugs for you cos I read that your sister died, I can imagine your going through hell, cos she was your twin that will make things even worse I guess. I hope everything works out ok in the end for you to, I know that some sunshine will come your way one day.
I read a book called “A special scar” by Alison Wertheimer which is very helpful on how to cope with a suicide and it tells you all about things like inquests (I don’t know if there will be one about your sister or not) if you can find it or ask someone to find it for you it really is useful, its aimed people mid teens and older ( I dunno how old you are!)
If I can help in any way or you want to ask me anything I’m here and check the message board nearly everyday. Take care, hugs lizzie xXx

saw that to, it was VERY over the top. Like grace said all you can do is contact bbc to complain. There is actaully a tv show on bbc1 with Terry Wogan that answers some complaint letters.. its worth i try.
