Subject: my dad

I have spent so long searching the net for a site like this. My Dad died on the 23rd of Jan 04. He had stomach cancer. He was only diagnosed two weeks before he died. It all happened so quickly, and it is only now that I am feeling this huge sense of loss. I find myself listening to his favourite songs all the time and I get comfort from it. The poetry on this site is so beautiful. To the poets, to those who are dealing with the pain and the sadness that I am going through too at the moment, thank you for sharing your beautiful words. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. xoxo
