Subject: Dont know what to do anymore :'(
Hi, ive lost 5 relatives in the space of s a short time and i cant cope anymore ive tried my best staying strong but i cant ive coped for 2-3 years now by myself and now its got the point where im self harming. Can someone help me??

Subject: you must get help
you must get help. it is not a weakness to ask for help, as it takes courage and faith to do so. do not suffer alone. i have lost many people in my life and i feel i only got through it by talking to not only friends and family, but people who really can relate to how you feel e.g. bereavement councilors.
