Subject: my grandad and uncle

hiya, i no loads of you are having much worse tiems then me but i just need someone to talk to. last year in june my grandad died suddenly. it was like, one minute he was there the next he wasent. i was REALLY close to him and i just cant seem to stop grieving over him. then just about a month after his death my uncle died over night of a heart attack. im just so bewildered and so upset of why 2 people in my life have been taken from me at once. ive tryed talking to my mum but she just cries. can someone please help me or just give me some advice id appreciate it. thankyou luv ellie x

I'm new to this website, but its helping me so I'll try and help you. I can't really relate to the grandad thing. I never knew mine, but I have lost an uncle. Its terrible. Just waking up in the mornings without them hurts a lot. I don't know about you but for me its the little stuff that's hard. Like when I see little kids with their grandads it hurts 'cause I know I can never have that. I know that its hard for you right now, but it will get better. Just give it time and try to talk about the people that you lost. My uncle died almost 13 years ago and I'm just now beginning to talk about it. I was also five when it happened so maybe that's why its takin me so long. Try to talk about it as soon as you can. The longer you wait the harder it gets for everyone. Also write about the experiences and the people that you lost. I just posted one poem on here called my best friend. Its not up yet. It helped me though and I hope it helps you. If you need anything at all let me know. You don't have to go through this alone.Take care,
