Subject: my mum kiled herself

Hey,
has anyone lost their mum through suicide, i could do with talking about it but its unplesent and people just dont want to hear. I found her when i came home from school one day. i can't get the image of her out my head, i've got really important a.s level exams soon and no idea how i'm going to pass them! i just can't concentrate.
i'm coping ok but its really hard as you all know.
I've been reading through your messages and you guys are all so great, you should all be proud of yourselves for helping each other out and managing to get through each day.

im sad today becuse its my birthday and my mom is not here i didnt open no cards or presents
my auntie julie gave me £20 im going to buy flowers for my moms grave

My mum also committed suicide in december. she was depressed and no1 nu about it. it is realyy really hard. i am seein a counsiller and its really helping me. i am also making a memory box, put in things that remind me off my mum like pictures and poems i have made. my email is (sorry lauren we can't include your email address - rd4u team) if u would like to chat again. luv from lauren xx

Subject: finding your feet again

hey guys, thanks for replying to my message, i hope you are both doing ok. Did either of you have to face an inquest? We have to have one as my mum died in "suspicius circumstances" and i don't know what they're like, i'm really worried i'll have to go and give evidence or something.
I've asked about going to see a counciler so hopefully will see someone within the next few weeks.
I keep having nightmares about my mum, does anyone know how to deal with them? lizzie

Hi its mackenzie yeh my mom had an inquest to , did u find your mom? i gave like a statment to the police but i didnt have to speak in the inquest they just said verdict suicide i hope that helps ok love mackenzie

Hey Mackenzie,
Yeah I found my mum, I came home from school one day and I found her hanging in the garage. I hate it cos now I see her everywhere and I hated seeing my mum like that. I wish I could remember something better. I hate the way everywhere I go there's adverts for mother's day, its like there's no escape!

Im 19 and it has always been just me and my mum. She committed suicide last August and now im all alone. Living by myself. I first moved out wen i was 15 but never thought id neva have a home to go to. I met my dad at the funeral and hes a dik. I cant help feelin so god damn lost and confused even with the simplist things. Its a first 4 me to read about sum1 else in my position and it really does help me a little bit. so thankyou. But honestly where does it go from here.
When i get married or have children. The future looks more horrifying that the present. Look after your selves guys. I guess the only obvious thing we can do is look out 4 each other. luv to all of u.
