Subject: suicide

two years ago my dad committed suicide.
I have nightmares - does anyone know anyone who killed themself - maybe someone could help me with my nightmares coz I can't sleep at all. I keep having flashbacks while im asleep then i wake up crying.

my dad commited suicide last year and i found him. i still nearly a year later have flashbacks and nightmares about it. i no it sounds stupid but i kept a photo of him and if i had a nitemare or a flash backs i would ask him to take them away sometimes it works n somtimes it dont.

i have dreams about my friend micah 2 but he didnt commit suicide and like lizzie said dreamcatchters do work and like ryan said sometimes the picture thing works

i no how all of u feel u all like toe see the people who have died i wanted to die to so i could see my dad again.

a few weeks ago one of my closest mates killed herself. she was 14 and hung herself. it was really upsetting but it does get a bit easier after time. some of her m8s r worse than me but i only knew her for a year and other people knew her for longer than that.
it will get better
