I miss my dad so much and I feel like I can't cope and no one understands me, or how I feel. It's just past the 1st year and it hasn't got any better.

heyy i lost my dad 10 years ago i am 12 now i have seen him as a ghost a few days agoo it shook me and like i cried and for the past many of years i cant stop thinking of him x

same i lost my dad 4 years ago now. he died just after easter. i thiink about hiim everyday too and fealt the same way when he first passed. :( xxx
