Subject : feeling guilty
i feel guilty about hating my dad because he died 10 months ago, i'm so confused about this. if there is anyone else who went through this please message me and tell me how you got through it

Hi Nicky, I hated my Mum after she died leaving me and my baby sister. It is a horrible feeling, and then you feel guilty, and then you hate them more for making you feel guilty! It takes a long time to feel better, sometimes years. What helped me was to consentrate on looking after my sister. Maybe there is somebody you could look after to help take your mind of your angry feelings?
