Subject: i lost my best friend a couple of weeks ago

hi ppl i lost my best friends a couple of weeks ago she hung herself and i feel its my fault wat shall i do

Hi. I blamed myself to start with and sometimes I stil think- what if I had done that? or what if I hadn't said that?. It doesn't help but its hard to stop these feelings! I feel like I need someone to blame but I can't blame anyone but myself! Now I just try to believe that it was destined to happen and there was no way out of it, it was no-one's fault! It's hard to understand why ppl would die so young but I guess that's something I'll never be able to understand! It must be really hard for you to come to terms with the death of your friend. It must have been such a shock. Do you know why she was upset? After the death of my friends, I thought about killing myself but realised that it would just hurt more ppl. And if everyone did that then there would be no-one left in the world! I hope you are coping and have someone close that you can talk to and share your feelings with! love Jemma xxx

i kno how u r feeling. i lost my best-friend 1 and a half years ago +i still havent gotten over it.

u mustnt blame urself. im not sayin dat this is an over-night process, but things will get better. i kno its annoyin wen ppl talk asif u should 4get her, (they did dat wiv me), but im not one of those ppl. if u ever wanna talk, im here.

hi i dont really know how to help you but when i saw wot you wrote i was upset by it so i wrote you a little poem
