Subject : losing my great grandad
i lost my great grandad yesterday and today i had to come home from school cause i was so upset. Our nurse reccomended this site to me so i thought i would check it out. I really need some help dealing with the grief because it is the first peron i have ever lost. please reply to my message.

Subject : i have lost alot of people in my life, but none as close as my brother was.
i did not want to come to school eather but my mum made me. it was hard but when my friends found out the were so nice to me,
they made it so much easer for me to cope.

Subject : Loss in Life
My dad died in march this year. i still havent come to terms with it and tbh i dont think i ever will. grief is a hrd thing and people keep tryin to tell me how i should cope and some people thought that because his funeral has been that that then means its all over. no body realy understands fully. its something which effects people differently. and you will gradually learn to cope with the idea that tht person isnt there. it will take time though.
