I'm so sorry to hear about your loss, but harming yourself won't make anything better. And commiting suicide will make everyone's lives worse. Do you really want to make your family and friend's feel the way you are feeling just now? Try getting a councillor, believe me, when you get help, you'll feel amazing! Good luck xxx

Lorna, it's tough very tough with this great new loss. It hurts like an open bleeding wound. It's not going to get easy any time soon. So brace yourself and be with some1 whenever possible. Cry if you want to no matter where and when. Talk out loud to him if you want to when you're alone. I'm still doing it with my brother. He died of liver cancer 2 mths ago. I closed his eyes when he's gone. The last thing he said he said it to me. It'll stay with me forever. I now live for whom he left behind, his son, just turned 7 this past May. Find something about your m8 to make you live on with him being with you forever |

hey lorna i no how hard it is and you have just got to resist that urge because you dont want other people to hurt like you are now.
oyu should try to stop cutting urself a good way is to place a ruber band around ur wrist and if you feel like cutting just flick ur wrist with it.
i hope u can get through this and i no it sux but you need to find something to hold onto
