| Subject : losing a friend
i recently lost a friend 2 months ago. he commited suicide. i really loved him and always will. i can't talk to my friends or faimy but does anybody have any suggestions to help me i really am finding it hard to cope.

I know how you feel not being able to talk to friends and family. There are a lot of people that I thought I could talk to, but it turns out I can't. I don't know who I can talk to anymore. I know one thing though, that my beautiful cousin is looking down over me, wanting me to be happy. I know I can talk to her even though she may not be able to give my advice. Keep your friend in your thoughts as long as you need. If you can't talk don't, but write a letter. I have done that and find it really helps. xx
