My dad died 5 weeks ago at home of a heart attack me,my brothers and my mum are finding it so hard coping with life without him we wish he was still here. my dad was our rock nothing was too much for him he would help anyone.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

hi kayleigh, i lost my dad 7 months ago 2 and he was a fab guy just like your dad.he was my rock and my best freind it is hard without them i know but you have 2 think what would he want you 2 do .he would not want you 2 be sad hun and to always smile and think of the happy days and laugh and talk about him it will get easyer in time ok so chin up and make your dad proud lots of love.

Hi,
I lost my dad on the 7th of April this year.I am sixteen years old and found him dead at home in his bedroom.
I am sorry to hear about both of your dad's.Life seems empty now but I hope it will get better, they have all gone to a better place and are probabaly talking about us all now.
