Subject : my boyfriend died
On Valentines day this year at 1.50pm I found my boyfriend of 2 years dead on his kitchen floor.  I spoke to him the night before and he was fine.  We put the phone down to each other at 10.15pm by 11.00pm he had died.  There is no cause of death at the moment and it looks like it will be put down as "Sudden Adult Death Syndrome" like cot death but in adults.  I am so lost and cannot bring myslef to go outside of the house. I see him everywhere and my grief is overwhelming.  I can't see how I can cope - nothing will be the same again.

Subject : the loss of your boyfriend
hi...im sorry to hear that you lost your boyfriend of 2 years..at the moment you are missing him so much and heavilly grieving..i lost my boyfriend 2yrs 3mths ago now.and now feel alot better than i did.i felt exactly the same as you do..believe me ,you will feel better as time goes on.but you need people around you to support you and to listen to you go on and on and on about your deceased without moaning..i wish you all the best for the future and i hope time passes quickly for you.xx in the meantime, take each day as it comes, and write a diary about your boyfriend..where you went together, wot hobbies you had, your favourite foods or drinks, his favourite songs..all this helped me to come to terms with my garrys death and it also helped me to never forget the the things we done together..all the best to you babe.x
