My dad died a few week before my 13th birthday, im 16 now. My dad has been ill for a long time with cancer, he over come it and got better, we was then told he had cancer on the brain and wouldnt get better. The last time i saw my dad we had an arguement, that was on a tuesday, he got worse n worse as days went on and wouldnt let me see him the way he was, he died on the sunday, i never got to say sorry and make up with him

hey, that must be really hard for you but you have to remember, your dad loved you and you love him. he cared about you so didnt want you to see him suffering. he probably knew you didnt mean it and so you should try to remember the times that were good. Also, if you want it might help you to write a letter to him, saying how you feel and after if you wanted you could burn it, to send your message. your dad would know you love him though so try not to be harsh on yourself xxxxx

you might not of got to make up with him but i know that he forgives you and he knows that you forgive him. because a dad and a daughter can never stay mad at each other for ever.
