Subject :Help !
My dad died 4 years ago from cancer and my friend told me one day when I was upset that 'it is a bit silly crying over something that happend years ago' but it's not and I am really depressed but i feel like I can't talk to anyone !

I guess your friend hasn't lost someone very close - so she can't properly understand how you feel. If you want to cry, then do. It is not silly, and it can help you feel better more than a thousand words - she's silly, not you.Maybe if you talked to your mum or perhaps one of your dads brothers or sisters or your grandparents and told them how you feel,you might find that they feel just the same as you, only they have learnt how to deal with these feelings. If you can't talk to anyone just yet,try looking at and talking to photos. This is something you can do in private and at your own pace, then , when you feel ready, try talking - I think you will be surprised at how much easier it will be for you. Hope this helps,

take no notice of your friend i cry over my brother all the time. she probably dosent no what it's like having someone thats close to you die.
