| Subject: my brother
hi, i lost my brother 6 months ago on 10th decemder. he was 18 and his 3 mates also died as well.he was in a car crash and im still trying to come to terms with how to cope. i feel really low all the time and cant sleep because i have nightmares about the crash. any information about how any1 as coped would br great and is it normal to feel like this.
