Subject: Some1 to talk to

hey im 15 and my dad died of a sudden heart attack when i was 11. It was 3 days before xmas so was pretty bad. I was pretty young when it happened so i just accepted it but now im starting to question it and why it happened to me.

I'm looking for someone to talk to who has had experiences similar to mine

My dad, left abruptly due to a heart failure too, 8 months ago..Im 19 years old and still striving to actually accept the fact that he's gone.But i guess, we have to be strong.. i guess it all fated and it depends on the mighty one up there.

So be strong, you cant do anythin but pray for their souls.

hi i'd be willing to talk, im 19. my mum died when i was 17. I still cant believe it now. And somedays i cant help but blame my self although i know theres nothing i could of done. She died unexspectedly, from a block artrie leading to her heart. Feel free to chat, im here for you if you want to.

hi my dad died too just over 17 months ago and i can understand what you mean about questioning why it happened. i dont know about you but when i was very young i used to think about how lucky i was to have a mum, dad and brothers and live in a well off family and everything without any hiccups, and now it seems like nothing is normal or ok. i too wonder why it happened to me, but my mum says just to think back to when you thought how lucky you were, and how at least you had that time with your dad and your family, and how some people start off with nothing and get less. it can sometimes make you feel worse but sometimes it can make you feel better. remembering the good times, like.
