| Subject: Death of my dad
Hi there
I lost my dad 2 weeks ago to Pancreatic cancer. I am still in disbelief that he is not here. I all happened so quickly he was a wonderful man and an amazing daddy to myself and my 3 siblings. can anyone suggest any way of working through grief as I feel I just want to explode with pain and anger.

i know how u feel and when my dad died i wanted to explode with pain and anger you will cope just right now you are not dealing with it. you should cry alot because you will feel so much better.
