Subject: losing a loved one

dear people in pain i feel for every one of you my husband died a few months ago after 27yrs of being together the pain is so awful at times in feels like your heart will break please, please don't keep your grief locked in side talk to someone who will listen and it really will help you. every one of you young people are special to the people who know and love you so please take heart and know your lives are very important you are hurting now but day by day things will get better, for me trusting in god has been so important he does care for each one of you look at the good things still left in your lives a good friend! someone who is kind to you life is never easy but it is very precious so please take care of yourselves from a mum xx
