Subject: i am all alone now that he is gone

hey everyone im not really sure what to right but my dad died last june and i am the youngest child in my family and my dad was my best friend. i feel i am all alone. i cant go on without him. my dad diend of cancer and when he died he had a total of 8 tumors and the one that fininshed him was in his brain. he wasnt himself to my family because of where the tumor was but i felt he didnt really chamge towards me. we had a special bond. i was told that speaking to someone else from this site would help so if you want to give it a try please speak to me so i know i am not alone!

Subject: losing your dad

i know how you feel when you say that you dont really know wot to say about your sad loss...ive expeirienced a loss too, my boyfriend of 3 years, 10 months ago...he was my best friend too, although i was only with him for 3 years he was my everything...im hoping as time goes on that you can find away babe to overcome the sadness that you are feeling and move on...obviously you will NEVER forget him, never ever forget the good times that you spent together...cherish those precious moments and feel proud that you had such a cushty dad that was on your level and also a good friend...That is all i can say to you...if it helps buy a little notebook and write about just your dad in it...keep it safe and add to it when your feeling down...i done that and i still do it...xxx be happy. im sure your dad wouldnt want you to be sad. xx

Subject: my dad

hi, my dad died about a year and a bit ago with kidney cancer and i am finding that it is sooo hard to carry on without him. If you are upset you might find it helpful to write some of your thoughts and feelings on a piece of paper. If you want after you have written it all down, you can rip up or keep this piece of paper. It can help to have a box were you can put some things that you remember him by like, some pictures or some of his clothes. I hope that this has helped, rach x
