Subject: confused

Hey guys, i am really confused because at the beginning of this year, my grandad took his own life. I went back into school and was coping with it fine but recently, it has been really affecting me and i don't want to go into school. I don't know what to do cos i am in my last yr of high school and i don't wanna mess everything up. Has anyone gt any advice??

Hi Becky, we're so sorry to hear that your grandad took his own life earlier this year. It's hard to cope when someone close to us comits sucide, we thought you might want to know about a really good organisation that supports people in your situation. They're called SOBS (Survivors of Bereavement By Suicide) and you can find them online at www.uk-sobs.org.uk and they have a helpline on 0870 241 3337 open everyday 9am - 9pm. Perhaps you could contact them.
