my sister died 4 weeks ago, my brother died a year on 24th october. i dont no what to do anymor, no one listens, no one cares. i just wanna die :(:( please someone help me plzx

Hi Lil, thankyou for your msg & we're so sorry to hear about the recent death of your sister and of your brother too. It's hard to lose two people so close to you in such a short space of time. It's not unusual after a death to feel like you want to die too. The feelings you feel can be so intense and so painful it can often feel like the only way out is to not be here at all. What's important is to know that this isn't something you have to go through alone and that many people say with time these feelings can change. Maybe you could read about "Coping With Suicidal Feelings" on our website. There are also places like helplines and on line where you can talk to someone day or night about how you're feeling. There's Childline 0880 11 11, the Samaritans 0845 90 90 90 and on line counselling for young people at www.there4me.com. and you can always send us an e-mail too through our private message service. Hopefully you will feel able tocontact one of these places for support.
