Subject: Gone but Never Forgotten

Ive been reading your messages and they've all touched me...my dad died last month of a stroke at the age of 52...he was always a fit and healthy man .he served 30 years in the police force and went onto work for Aberdeen Football club...its so unfiar how rapists and murders have their lives but my dad was taken away...
its hard to believe that he will never c me graduate from college and university...he will never walk me down the ailse on my wedding day or hold his grandkids..i miss him so much..the songs that was played at his funeral- when i hear them i cry so much...

Hello,i had to reply,my dad also died of a heart attack and internal bleed in april 2005,he was only 48,it was just so quick, and yes it is unfair that our fathers get taken away and some criminals get away with things in life, but there is a reason for everything and now our fathers are in a safer place, you father is always watching you, that bright golden sunrise, the moon, that sparkling star is you father,i believe that,
take care kate.

I know how you feel about our dads not seeing us graduate or get married. My dad died in August and I graduate this coming July. Boy what a hard day that will be. I wish everyday that he was not taken but know that it was his time and there was nothing I could have done. Love to you all. Holly x
