Subject: Grandad

My grandfather died March 2005. He was such as lovely, caring gentle person. He was 78 years old. He collapsed in the early hours of the 31st Jan 2005, bringing up blood. He was rushed to hospital. Diagnosed with stomach cancer. 5 weeks later, he died. I miss him soo much. We were very close as I was his only grandchild. Even as time goes by, I still think about him and have to say get quite emotional. I know he is now at peace, but it is hard to move on. I just wish he was here as he would have turned 80 on 1st January.
My other grandad died when I was 12 in 1999. I miss him too very much!. Same tyoe of illness, cancer. He died on his birthday, aged 62!!! God Bless them both.
